Our District Strategic Plan

The Clarksdale Municipal School District's Strategic Plan is developed collaboratively by our School Board, Superintendent, and district leaders. Together, we carefully review student performance data, district priorities, and educational trends to identify key areas for growth and improvement.

Our Strategic Plan serves as the district’s roadmap, guiding decisions related to curriculum, instruction, budgeting, staffing, and professional development. Regular reviews and updates ensure accountability and help us adjust strategies to best meet student needs.

A clearly defined Strategic Plan allows us to effectively support all students in achieving academic success.

Our Strategic Plan is currently under development due to recent changes in Mississippi’s Stra accountability system. This revision ensures alignment with state expectations and maintains a clear direction for our district’s goals and actions.
