Do you know of a child with a disability?

The Clarksdale Municipal School District participates in the ongoing effort to identify, locate, and evaluate children, ages birth to 21, who may have physical, mental, communicative and/or emotional disabilities.  Early identification and support to children with disabilities is important in maximizing each child’s potential.  It is the goal of the district to identify, locate, and evaluate all children suspected of having a disability who reside in the Clarksdale Municipal School District.

How to Refer a Child

If you know or suspect that a child residing in the Clarksdale Municipal School District has a disability, please call the Office of Special Education at 662-627-8500 ext. 1028, or contact a school counselor or administrator.
