DISQUALIFICATION FACTORS
Bids will be disqualified without consideration if:
- They fail to separate eligible and ineligible service pricing
- The proposal includes manufacturer-specific products without the term "or equivalent"
- The bid is submitted after the deadline
- Bids fail to meet technical criteria described in Section 2
